General Condition

Rates

Rates All our rates are in czech crowns (CZK) and are inclusive VAT at the current rate. Parking charges are not included and will be charged at cost. All charges start and finish at the originating Chauffeur Service location with the exception of airport transfers.
Hourly rates apply in all City of Prague postcodes include 50 km for each hour. Hourly rates out of city/Prague include 100 km for each hour. Any journey that includes travel outside a city will be charged at the out of city/Prague rate.
Standard rates apply to any waiting/additional time and/or additional mileage.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cellular Phones

All calls are charged at 36 CZK (incl.VAT) per unit (3 min in Prague)

Bank Holidays

A surcharge of 25% will made for services provided on Bank or Public Holidays and 100% on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Minimum Rental Period

A minimum rental period of 2 hours applies to all Chauffeur Services.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation received within 3 hours of the commentcement of the service and no-shows, will be charged at either the airport transfer or minimum charge rate.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. Monthly account facilities are available on request.

Chauffeurs overnight accomodation and meal allowance

When it is necessary for our chauffeurs to spend the night away, a fixed charge of 2800.-CZK (incl.VAT) will apply. Also, for each period of 8 hours a chauffeur's meal allowance of 450.-CZK (incl.VAT) will be charged.

Gratuities

Gratuities are at the client's discretion.
